Every year we come together to support causes that matter most to our team, and have a whole lotta fun doing it!

We decided to switch it up a bit this year, introducing a wobbly marshmallow and spaghetti tower build and a game of Scattegories to the agenda 👀

Webber Phillips are all about offering a data-driven approach to diversity and equality and asked us to improve their digital presence through a huge rebrand.

We wanted their focus on data and analytics to influence the design, with a modern and professional twist to help better reflect their status in their industry, and their impressive client list (Prostate Cancer UK, Premier League to name a few).

✨ The abstract ‘W’ brandmark was formed from three simple ovals, symbolising diversity and different-sized ethnic groups

✨ The oval shape changes in size and rotation through the brand style to symbolise diversity

✨ Paired with a bold colour palette that avoids colours associated too closely with any of the major political parties

With a new brand under our belt, we got to work on the design and build of their new website. We created a fully optimised website to transform their online presence, improving both the functionality and experience for users.
