Although our Mugs and plates are dishwasher safe, we do recommend hand wash only, to prolong the look and life of your special prints. Please do not scrub with scouring pads etc, as this may cause scratches and damage to the mug itself as well as fade the print over time. Failure to follow this guidance could result in damage and/or a reduced lifespan on your items and is not something we can accept any responsibility for.
