The KAT Marketing Tech Team had a fantastic day at The AI Summit London during London Tech Week 2026.

What made the day particularly valuable was the breadth of sessions on offer, allowing each member of the team to dive deeper into areas aligned with their own expertise and interests.

From AI agent development and automation to UX/UI innovation, creative technology, and including the future of film production, there was something for everyone.

It was inspiring to see how AI is influencing such a wide range of disciplines and creating new opportunities for creativity, efficiency and problem-solving across industries.

Events like these are a great reminder of the importance of continuous learning and staying curious as technology continues to evolve at pace.

A thoroughly inspiring and insightful day - with plenty of ideas and conversations to bring back to KAT.

We were delighted to head to the Hammersmith Broadway Retail centre to support The Big Kick-Off Hammersmith, delivered in partnership with the Chelsea FC Foundation and West London Mind.

A fantastic charity sports day bringing together local residents, shoppers and football fans for family friendly fun and sporty challenges. Brilliant atmosphere for fundraising – World Cup fever is in full swing.

A brilliant, inspiring visit and a great showcase of some of the most exciting new technologies at play – including innovations being developed right on our doorstep here in Essex.

A fantastic evening was had by all at last night’s charity quiz night hosted by Wood and Disney Accountants Colchester and The Robin Cancer Trust.

The room was full of laughs, friendly banter and trivia, all for a fantastic cause – sharing information and awareness about the signs and symptoms of testicular and ovarian cancer as well as the available routes to support.

Well done everyone for raising £630 throughout the night, too.

The KAT Pack may have walked away with the silver medal (just one crucial point away from the win!) – but we’re giving gold stars for an excellent event!

Great to see teams from Attwells Solicitors, Abacus Shutters Limited, KISS Ltd, Matthew Douglas Ltd and quiz champions Handelsbanken there.

Warm up has officially begun for the Boxted 10k this Sunday!

The KAT Marketing team will be back manning our water station (and cheering on the runners!) for another year, with some of the KAT Pack taking on the 5k and 10k routes once again.

We love supporting and getting involved in projects in our local community and the Boxted 10k is a fun and fantastically run event that we always make sure not to miss.

🚲 This World Bicycle Day, we’re reflecting on how something as simple as a bicycle can create meaningful change.

Last year, Julian Read, Head of Content at KAT, spent a week in Kenya volunteering with The Doxa Project alongside his son, Ben.

During their visit to Nakuru, they supported the team with food parcel distribution, checking and delivering water filters and helping around the centre.

Thanks to a donation from KAT, they were also able to collect three new bicycles – helping support The Doxa Project’s ongoing work and providing children with reliable transport to get to school.
