A ribbon for every life remembered🩷💙

We’re proud to once again support Maria Gormley and the Clacton-on-Sea Sands group with the annual Remembrance Ribbon Display at Clacton’s Memorial Gardens, marking Baby Loss Awareness Week.

Now in its eighth year, the display brings together ribbons, knitted teddies and hearts, each placed in memory of a baby who was taken from their family too soon.

For families, baby loss can be an incredibly difficult and lonely experience. This beautiful display creates a space to remember, raise awareness and, most importantly, remind anyone affected that they are not alone.

The display will appear along the seafront railings of Clacton’s Memorial Garden from 9th–15th October.

Every life deserves to be remembered. 🩷💙

What a final !! 🎤🏆

Seren, 13, and Codi, 16, performing as Catkins, have been crowned the Colchester Has Talent 2026 winners! 🎪👏

Last Sunday, seven finalist acts, featuring nine young performers aged between 9 and 16, took to the stage in Lion Walk Shopping Centre, showcasing an incredible range of talent:

🎸 Henry Kemp, 15 — electric guitar
🎤 Minnie Hurton, 9 — singing
🎸🎤 Charlotte Pang, 13 — singer-songwriter and guitarist
💃 Nova (Novalee Kyan), 10 — aerodance
🎹🎤 Charlie Hobbs, 12 — singing and piano
🎤🎹 Iris & Eliza Pampapathi, 13 & 16 — singing and musical duo
🎪 Seren & Codi (Catkins), 13 & 16 — circus performance

And because the standard across the final was so high, the judges are doing something they’ve never done before… ALL seven finalist acts will be returning to the stage! 🎄✨

They’ve been invited to perform together in a special Colchester Has Talent medley at the Colchester Red Lion Walk Christmas Lights Switch On on 14th November.

A huge congratulations to Seren & Codi, and to every finalist who gave it their all. 👏
And a special thank you to Gabriella Goldie, last year’s winner, for returning to the stage with another brilliant
performance. 🌟

We’re incredibly proud to have been involved in planning and delivering Colchester Has Talent, and we can’t wait to see these young performers back on stage in November. ❤️

Colchester Has Talent Heat 2 was incredible🎤✨

A huge congratulations to our finalists:

🎪 Seren & Codi (Catkin), 13 & 16: delivering an amazing circus skills routine to Rewrite the Stars from The Greatest Showman and securing a Golden Buzzer, sending them straight through to the final! ✨

💃 Nova, 10 : wowing the judges with an incredible acrodance routine to Lady Gaga’s Hold My Hand and earning another Golden Buzzer! 🌟

🎹🎤 Charlie Hobbs, 12: impressing with keyboard and vocals on Queen’s Somebody to Love.

🎹🎤 Iris & Eliza Pampapathi, 13 & 16: performing Young and Beautiful by Lana Del Rey

We’re so proud of every single performer who stepped onto the stage.
The talent, confidence and creativity on show has been incredible and we can’t wait for the final! ❤️
