Our email automation management for Hope Woodturning continues to go from strength to strength, outperforming Klaviyo's industry benchmarks with consistent Excellent and Good ratings across the board for all flows. From late September 2026, Google is updating how language targeting will work across Search and Performance Max campaigns. Google will automatically match ads based on the language used in your ad copy.

This change means that clear, localised and accessible ad copy will become even more important, helping ensure you're reaching the right audience with your ads.

Instagram released their new wordmark last week and it's certainly caused a stir. Big brands (McDonald's, Canva, ChatGPT to name a few) have thrown shade at the typographic choices, the legibility has been questioned and it's a topic of debate in our office.

Maybe you read it as 'Instagzam', or like the modern digital feel, it certainly distances them from the previous cursive style and brands of similar ilk. Got thoughts on it? Let us know below ⬇️

We've now completed brand updates, templates and guidelines for HART PMS. In addition to brand materials, which include business cards, letterheads, LinkedIn branding and templates, we've also put together comprehensive brand guidelines and a presentation template. With flexible content blocks and layouts, the team at HART have everything they need to present their content in various formats, while keeping their brand consistent.

Complete with their new brand guidelines, the dos and don'ts of the HART brand are specified and provide clear direction for new and existing materials.

We've just set up new in-store signup pages for Stringers' World and Padel Shack! Capturing the details of in-store customers, these landing pages have been built for internal use and give their retail team the ability to add store customers to their mailing list, while also requesting additional details to complete their profiles. This profile data feeds straight into our segmentation and email flows, ensuring in-person shoppers receive the same tailored experience as those online.

We're looking forward to seeing these pages in use and can't wait to see how they help build deeper connections with retail customers.

Check out our designs as we celebrate the launch of a new website for Laynes. For this department store with retail premises throughout St. Vincent and the Grenadines, we've designed and built a new eCommerce website.

With intuitive navigation of their vast product catalogue, the website also provides various checkout options, including "Pay & Pick Up" and "Pick Up & Pay", while giving customers their choice of store and clear stock availability.
