We asked our crazy golf guests whether they’d ever had any cheating scandals…

The answer?

A very quick YES 😭

Apparently there are always one or two guests who:
⛳️ take the competition VERY seriously
👀 try to sneak extra turns
🏆 attempt to improve their scores when nobody’s looking

The only problem?

The team overseeing the course notices EVERYTHING 😂

Safe to say, if you’re planning crazy golf at your wedding…

Would you wear a wedding dress that isn’t yours? 👀

We debated wedding dress hire and the answer was a very quick NO 😭

Not because there’s anything wrong with hiring…

But because for a lot of brides, the dress is one of the most sentimental parts of the day 🤍

Years later, you might:
✨ keep it
✨ pass it down
✨ show it to your children
✨ look back on it with memories attached

Of course, wedding dress hire can also make a lot of sense:
💷 lower cost
🌍 more sustainable
👗 access to designer dresses

So we can definitely see both sides 👀

Why I’d NEVER have an open bar at my wedding 😭

This might be controversial…

But after seeing countless weddings, Paul isn’t convinced open bars are the dream people think they are 👀

His argument?

🍻 People drink more than they normally would
🥃 Guests suddenly only order doubles
💸 Some people take full advantage
😬 And occasionally the night goes downhill much faster than expected

Of course, not every open bar ends badly.

For some couples, it’s a brilliant way to thank guests and create a generous atmosphere 🤍

But for others, it can become one of the most expensive mistakes of the day.

We discussed one of the biggest wedding etiquette debates 😭

Should bridesmaids pay for their own dresses?

Some people think:

🤍 The bride chooses the look, so the bride should pay.

Others think:

🤍 Being a bridesmaid comes with costs and paying for your dress is part of the role.

And then there are plenty of people somewhere in the middle 👀

Maybe the bride contributes.
Maybe the bridesmaids choose something they’ll wear again.
Maybe everyone splits the cost.

There doesn’t seem to be one clear answer 😭

Why?

💃 Create energy
🎉 Get people involved
⚡ Bring a completely different atmosphere

A great DJ can absolutely fill a dancefloor…

But there’s something about live music that just feels different 🤍
