We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as an online sales / design coordinator, working in our office at Consett, Co Durham.
Personal Moments is a family run business, specialising in personalised party supplies and gift-ware.
As an online sales / design coordinator you will manage our online selling platform account and process new orders from design to print. You will be working from pre-designed templates in which you will input the customersโ requirements, email the design to the customer for approval and then place approved orders into production.
You will need a keen eye for detail, good customer service skills and be computer literate. High volumes of orders and emails will be processed daily, so you will need to be confident and focussed working under pressure to process orders in good time. Up-keep and management of orders is key to ensure customer satisfaction is kept at a high standard.
Your main duties will include:-
โข Processing new orders using pre-designed templates.
โข Download and check print ready files from our personalisation software.
โข Checking customer details are accurate and photo quality prior to sending the customer a proof.
โข Responding to emails on a daily basis from customer orders to general enquiries and order confirmations.
โข General upkeep of the online accounts and pending orders.
โข Liaising with production as well as customers via email or phone.
โข Full training will be provided but knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programmes would be preferred.
