About Us

We are a leading provider of hardware break/fix solutions, supporting businesses across the UK with responsive, reliable, and high-quality technical services. As we continue to expand our client base and strengthen our service offering, we’re looking for an experienced IT Account Director to join our team in Bath and drive strategic growth.

The Role

As our IT Account Director, you will be the senior point of contact for key clients, managing high-value relationships while identifying new opportunities to expand our hardware support services. You’ll collaborate closely with our technical and operations teams to ensure we deliver exceptional service, maintain strong customer satisfaction, and achieve commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage strategic relationships with key accounts, acting as their trusted advisor
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
• Lead contract renewals, commercial negotiations, and service expansion discussions
• Oversee service delivery performance, ensuring SLAs and customer expectations are met
• Partner with internal teams (engineering, logistics, customer services) to deliver seamless support
• Develop account plans, forecasts, and regular performance reports
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and strategic reviews

About You

• Proven experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager in IT services
• Strong understanding of hardware break/fix, field engineering, or IT support environments
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Commercially driven with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
• Confident managing complex accounts and multi-site clients
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment

🔍 About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Finance Assistant to support our finance operations and ensure smooth day-to-day financial processes. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing financial records, processing transactions, and supporting monthly reporting cycles.

🧾 Key Responsibilities: Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management Support monthly payroll preparation Help prepare management accounts and financial reports Liaise with suppliers and internal teams on finance-related queries Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial procedures General administrative and ad hoc finance tasks as required

✅ About You: Previous experience in a similar finance/account's assistant role Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Excellent organisational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks) A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Experience in an IT or technology company is a bonus, but not essential
