As most of you know now, one of our most valued member of the Jigsaw team has departed, and today we are gathering with both current and former colleagues to honour Kerry Merrett's—or Magic's (as some know her by, from the incredible magic she brings to the company.) 10 years of hard work that she has put into Jigsaw and to wish her all the best in her new career and we'll miss her lots!

What fun team-building exercise do you do as a business?

Last month, Kerry introduced a fun "Crack the Code" questionnaire for a Scouts group activity. Teams had to unlock a safe to find materials for building a 75cm bridge with tape and straws, competing to see who wins. Some of us got really into it, even asking for smiley faces on our marked sheets. 😆

Give it ago yourself and I'll tell you if you've got the correct answers 😉
