Except it isn’t.

Good branding isn’t just about making something look nice. It’s about understanding the business, knowing the audience and creating an idea that actually means something.

I use AI. It’s a brilliant tool. But there’s a big difference between using AI and asking it to do the thinking for you.

After 30+ years in design, I still believe the best work starts with a good idea.

Use AI. Just don’t let a prompt become your brand.

I’ve started seeing Coventry differently.

Not just as the city I live in, but as a collection of shapes, textures, reflections, history and light. Every walk reveals something I’d walked past hundreds of times without really noticing.

From medieval stonework to bold modern architecture, Coventry has its own character if you slow down long enough to look.
