At BeMindful we are passionate about encouraging those who feel silenced to speak up and have their voices heard.

One way those struggling with their mental health can achieve this is by taking action in reaching out for help. Talking to someone about your feelings or struggles is nothing to be ashamed of.

At Be Mindful, we are always looking for ways to be more eco-friendly and sustainable, here are ‘5 ways Be Mindful with your washing’

1.Wash your hoodie at a lower temperature to reduce energy usage.
2.Wait until you have a full load to put on a wash.
3.Wash less often, why not stretch your hoodie an extra day!
4.Use eco-friendly washing detergent and use less to make it last longer.
5.Line dry your clothes if possible, try to reduce the use of a tumble dryer.

What is the background of BeMindful?

Our Mission;

As a group of young individuals we feel as though all age groups do not have a great enough understanding that it is okay not to be okay.

Our aim for BeMindful is to create a product for everyone that reduces the stigma around having mental health issues. We are passionate about encouraging those who feel silenced to speak out and have their voices heard.

You can BE a part of the change. Join us on our journey to fight the shame and attitudes towards mental health in today’s society.
