Another week, another round up of what I’ve been wearing as a 54-year-old woman. Which one is your favourite?

Sunday, I’m wearing a jumper dress that I bought from a jumble sale for £1. My boots were from Clarks 2023.

Monday, I’m wearing a dress I bought from Zara in 2017

Tuesday, I’m wearing a dress I bought from a charity shop that originally came from Coast. It’s actually the most annoying dress I own because I catch the sleeves on everything.

Wednesday, I’m wearing a kilt I bought from Next in 2003 with a black velvet 1970s jacket.

Thursday, I’m wearing a vintage dress and belt. I went out with a coat on and noticed everybody was wearing shorts. I’m not sure why because I was freezing.

Friday, I’m wearing another dress I bought from Zara in 2019 maybe earlier. Then with a 2003 top Shop jacket.

Saturday, I’m wearing my wide leg Adidas track pants bought in 2022, maybe and a vintage Gap jacket. And a Stussy hat so I didn’t have to wash my hair 🤣

I’ve had bloating issues in my tummy for decades. I’ve been to the doctor and nutritionists over the years have been tested for coeliac disease, gluten intolerance, dairy intolerance, IBS etc and everything comes back negative. So I’m none the wiser.

I believe there are millions of women that struggle with this without an answer. I now just manage it by tweaking behaviours and what I eat.

And it’s definitely worse in menopause. It’s uncomfortable and it hurts. Some days I look seven months pregnant 😩

Here are just a few things I do. Do you struggle? What do you do?

🙌🏼and the good for your gut products I absolutely love are Biomel Gut Health - the chocolate drink is divine! I found it in Sainsbury’s and now grab one while I’m out and about. 🙌🏼
