I couldn’t recommend this program enough, 3 of our kids have been lucky enough to train under Marty’s expertise and it’s not just about exercise, these programs are so good for mental health, nutrition, stamina and overall fitness. If you have a child aged 12 plus, I would really recommend something like this over the summer👌
