This is Colleen and she took the leap and joined our crumlin group in January 2023

Just look at her now, 4st 8lbs lighter and a whole lot happier ❤️

I know how tempting it can be to skip group in the hopes that whatever set back you may have had can be reversed by the time you come back!

But unfortunately members usually feel the opposite effect! Missing group spirals us further back into old habits and makes it even harder to get back on it

The old saying "there's no time like the present" is so true with weightloss!

Making that decision to come back and drawing a line is the first step! And it's not as hard as you've convinced yourself (I PROMISE)

Everyone loves a success story, but it definitely hits different when it's coming from your own local group from your own community

Sidney here joined our crumlin group in April 2023. And in just one short year Sidney has went on to loose an INCREDIBLE six stone and reach his target weight

I think we can all agree that the changes are amazing.

He has let us know that his life is now drastically different, including reduced health issues, more energy levels and a completely new way of thinking when it comes to food

One of the things that I love about my role as a slimming world consultant is hearing from members (and seeing myself) the massive changes that my members feel within the first six weeks of their journey

I hear all sorts of things! Members notice

💥 they feel have more energy
💥they feel healthier
💥they have more confidence
💥they have moved down a dress size
💥they sleep better
💥their fitness level has improved

And these are only a few of the changes!!
