Some more very happy customers.

This living/dining room was dated and worn with a few issues such as damp etc...
So our client asked us to help out.
With the customers choice of materials we set about breathing life in this space again.
We removed all of the miss matched skirting, old wooden french doors, the carpet and the blown areas around the bay windows and let the walls breath.
Altered the flow and return pipes and later on installed new radiators.
We then installed new UPVC french doors.
Bonded out the holes left around the bottom of the bay and and around the new doors , then plastered.
Filled all the old knocks and bumps, then paint and decorated.
Installed the new herringbone pattern flooring, fitted the skirting then painted the walls with the last coat of paint. We then primed, undercoated and painted the wood work with a top coat of satinwood.
What a different a bit of time and effort can make to make this and amazing space again.

In this project our client wanted to extend his kitchen an knock through in to their utility room, we stripped out the old kitchen, the floor and wall coverings and set about temporary supporting the load bearing wall and taking out the old steels.
Installed a new steel taking the load from the floors and walls above.
Installed new electrics and plumbing.
Made good of walls and ceiling and plastered throughout.
Installed a porcelain tiled floor.
Installed two new doors.
Installed new kitchen with integrated dish washer, washing machine cooker hood and fridge, making this amazing space.

In this project, we removed the old kitchen.
Removed all wall, floor and ceiling coverings.
Removed all plumbing and electrical points.
Temporary supporting the wall and ceiling above, we knocked through into the extension, installing a steel.
Temporary supporting the wall and ceiling above, we extended the window opening for a bigger window.
Had new window installed.
Installed new lintel across the door for taking the load of the steel.
Installed the electrical rings for lighting, power points for utilities and sockets.
Installed the new hot and cold feeds new water mains stop c**k, new mains to boiler and flow and return to existing heating system.
Installed a mf fire rated ceiling.
Blocked up old window and built a well insulated false wall to hide the pipes.
Squared up the kitchen side walls and plastered throughout.
Installed new kitchen.
Installed new tile splashback.
Installed new door.
Paint and decorating.
Had new flooring installed

Here we have a new patio door.
We temporarily supported the wall above and widened the opening up to accommodate for the installation of a new 2.5m sliding patio door.
Bonded and plastered to finish inside. Scratch coat and render to finish outside.
This door certainly let's in alot more light than the old, lighting the room up.

Here we have some more happy customers.
Without the hassle of having a new kitchen, you can change a few things, revamping it.
In this project We took off the old splash back, counter tops, taps and sink.
We Installed a new socket for an under counter fridge, new counter tops, new metro tile splashback, new sink taps and waste
We Installed a new upvc window and updated the sockets, them sealed up with with white mastic.

Here's a new composite front door we fitted.
The client didn't want the standard upvc Trim on the inside so we made mdf architraves and returned them back to the door, ready for painting.

Here we have another amazing space.
We turned this old pool pump house and store room in to a bar and laid approximately 135m² of new block paving.
Stripped off the roof and replaced with new OSB boarding and a heavy duty felt.
Stripped out all flooring and ceilings.
Temporary supporting the roof, knocking down the parting wall and opened up the front of the building to install a new steel to support the roof.
Run new lighting rings for wall inside and outside lighting, as well as new main power ring for new sockets
Run drainage and mains water into existing services.
Made a new parting wall for the now smaller storage room and built a TV and fire place.
We then installed a new easy fold door system to the entrance of the bar and new french doors to access the new stores.
Insulated and boarded the ceilings and new wall.
Plastered and painted the throughout project.
Leveled up the existing sub floor and Installed new Amtico basket weave style LVT flooring.
Installed waiscotting (wood panelling), skirting and new kitchenette with oak bar topps.
Awaiting the electrician to carry out the second fix and to be finished with render for our return to install new sink and beer pumps.
