It's International Networking Week on 3rd to 7th February. My Networking Group are holding a Golden Ticket event on 7th February at Garner Hotel (previously known as Samlesbury Hotel) from 9.30am to 11.30am.
There will be lots of fun and opportunities to meet businesses whilst having a brew. Did I also mention it was FREE to attend?

Mingle with other businesses whilst learning about what this charity can do for partially sighted people. Whether it be helping them live an independent life, coming to terms with their sight loss or getting them out and about playing sports or Track Driving. This charity can offer all sorts. I am a member of a business networking group and we are having a visitor’s day On Friday 17th May at Samlesbury Hotel. If anyone is interested in growing their business and making more contacts, please come along for a chat, a brew and a butty. We are all really friendly folk!
We start at 9.30am and tend to finish around 11.15am (unless you want to stay and have a chat) and it’s FREE!

A friend of mine Kelly Love is the Corporate fundraiser at Galloways Society for the blind. They are having a Spring Fair on Saturday 13th April 1.00pm - 4.00pm. After the success of our Secret Santa campaign last year, thanks to our wonderful Darwen community, we’re supporting this fantastic cause again this year. 🎅

Phil and his team will be delivering sacks of presents to children in poverty across Blackburn and Darwen this Christmas- and they need our help. We appreciate times are tough, this year more than ever, but we would be eternally grateful if our customers, colleagues and community could come together to support us to support our local children.

🎄We will be collecting gifts in our reception area and will deliver these on your behalf on Friday 15th December.
🎄Secret Santa are in need of gifts for boys / girls aged 3-9
🎄No need to wrap the presents, the parents will do that for their children.
🎄Sheila and Marco have made a start on the collection and will match each further donation we receive.

Let’s make Christmas special for these underprivileged children ✨
