It’s been a busy few months…

This year, I left my full-time marketing manager role, started my own freelance business, ran a marathon, became a homeowner and even managed to fit in a few holidays.

It’s been a bit of a whirlwind - equal parts exciting, challenging and a little chaotic - but I’m enjoying the ride.

Running Green Cactus has been such a rewarding step, and I’m so grateful for everyone who’s supported me along the way.

Had such a great day yesterday working with the lovely team at Little Leaf Boutique on a content shoot! 🌿📹

Our main focus was filming content for an advert promoting the brand-new subscription service they’re launching!

Ahead of the shoot, I worked closely with Roz and Olly to figure out exactly what they wanted from the ad. I pulled together a storyboard and script so we’d have a clear direction on the day, which definitely helped us stay focused and efficient while filming.

It was a pleasure working with them to get the content they needed, and I’m looking forward to putting the final ad together and see it go live! ✨

Hey, I’m Lucy - the face behind Green Cactus Marketing! 🌵

I’m a Cheshire-based freelance marketer, and I set up Green Cactus to help small businesses grow online.

After working in marketing for small and medium-sized businesses, I saw just how much independent business owners need flexible, affordable support that actually fits around them.

My aim with Green Cactus is simple: to offer honest, down-to-earth help to busy business owners who just don’t have the time (or headspace) to handle their marketing on top of everything else.
