Its been a while since the last post. Hope everyone is coping OK with the current restrictions we all face.

One project we have been working on recently has been a series of video adverts, each advert has been designed and adapted to suit various social media platforms.

The Ad below is a 1:1 aspect ratio - ideal for Facebook adverts - In the comments you will find the Instagram (9:16 ratio) and Youtube (16:9 ratio) versions.

Its always worth taking the time to adapt your content to suit the platform you are using. It will increase viewer retention and maximise engagement.

How do you make a video advert without video content?

This client had a huge bundle of images and reviews but no video content to make a short promo ad for their online equine classifieds business.

Using the photos and reviews available we were able to put together this animated promo that is much more engaging than a static advert!

How do you take an existing logo and turn it into something visually eyecatching for video content?

This logo was a plain blue 2D logo that looks fantastic on paper or web. With a little work it is now perfect for video 'opening sequences' to.

The original blue of the logo was retained, but given a reflective finish, the reflection seen in the logo is actually a dental x-ray! Small details like this can really help enhance the finished product.

(Video is silent as it will be used over existing footage)
