Where do your customer relationships start?

Maybe someone mentioned you in a conversation. Maybe they saw your Instagram post. Maybe your newsletter landed in their inbox. More than likely, before your prospective client reaches out to you - they searched for you online.

An online search has quietly become the first step on the journey for service-based business decisions. Not the final say — but an important silent validator.

First impressions count…Google doesn’t just tell people who you are, it tells them:

• Are you active and established?
• Do you have a clear point of view?
• Is your presence consistent across platforms?
• Do you feel trustworthy at first glance?

This moment — often invisible to us — shapes perceptions before we even get to work on communicating to and converting our prospects.
