I decline adult product reinstatements.

Not because they're difficult; they're some of the easier appeals to win. The account is recoverable, the fee is good, and the category is perfectly legal in both the US and EU.

I decline them because of this:

Every listing I restore is one I've personally put back in front of buyers. There are categories I'm not willing to do that for. That's my own line, not a judgement on anyone else's business.

It's now written into our engagement scope so clients know upfront.

Everything else stands: suspensions, POAs, IP complaints, Section 3 deactivations, catalog fixes. Amazon Authorised Partner. Pay after resolution only.

Knowing what you won't do is part of doing the work well.
