Because progress over profit.
Maybe this isn’t the ‘best’ business post…
But I love working with non-profit groups because I’m very values-led, and if they are too, then count 👏 me 👏 in 👏
I landed my first ever graphic design role working for an animal charity, and I learnt sooo much; from working with non-existent budgets, to fine-combing every detail to ensure no copyright or licensing was breached, to working insane overtime because it was for a mission I believed in.
After a couple more roles in the charity sector, I did eventually move into corporate, and hey, I loved the juicy pay rise and actually having a marketing budget… who wouldn’t?!
But I never want good design to be inaccessible to groups that are making the world a better place. So if you’re a registered charity, big or small, you get 15% off as a thank you for everything you do 💚
Whether it’s a one-off Design Day or a fresh new brand identity…
…like I’m working on with awesome new animal charity this year!…
…I’ve got you ✏️

🎨 I’m Holly! Designer and illustrator specialising in hand-drawn, colourful, joy-filled brand design.
✏️ Artist first always. Everything starts in my sketchbook before it’s digitised in Adobe.
💻 No templates. No bots. Just all-human, Holly-original work every single time.
🖼️ I’m big on creators owning their work, so you’ll see me championing artists and designers A LOT.
Think colourful, creative, hand-drawn design with an artsy twist… that’s me.

Oh, and all of this is written with my own brain and not that of any artificial intelligence. The spelling and grammar errors are entirely my own, so yes, I’d rather that than risk diluting my own voice.
