A quiet post isn’t necessarily a failed post in our book! 👀

People lurk. They save things mentally. They Google you three weeks later, check your reviews, come back, disappear again…and then one random Tuesday they’re suddenly ready to buy.

Social media rarely works in a neat little post → like → sale line (we really wish it did)

When Josie first came to us, she wasn’t looking for someone to simply make her Instagram look nice.

She’s a doctor, a business owner, a mum and, at the time, was also planning a wedding… so one of the biggest things she needed was consistency without losing her own voice.

And that’s something we really understood from the beginning.

This isn’t really a post about getting 5 bookings in under an hour.

Although…we’ll absolutely take it 😂

We put a piece of content live for one of our aesthetics clients at 6:30 (ish) yesterday evening

An hour later, this message landed:

“5 bookings in under an hour!” 💬

No complicated funnel ❌
No frantic last-minute discount ❌
No crossing our fingers and hoping Instagram fancied being nice to us that day ❌

Just knowing the industry we’re marketing in, understanding who we’re talking to, what makes them book and when they’re likely to make that decision

And that last bit matters.

In aesthetics, good marketing isn’t about waiting until you’ve got an empty diary next week and suddenly shouting “APPOINTMENTS AVAILABLE!!!” 👋

We’re thinking weeks and months ahead.

What treatments are people going to want?
When do they need to start thinking about them?
What events and seasons influence their decisions?
What does the diary need to look like before you actually get there?

That’s where knowing your client’s market properly makes a difference. That’s where our YEARS of experience really pays dividends 🧡

A gentle reminder to all of you busy business people: you do not need to apologise for being busy running your business 😂

Obviously, we LOVE when you send us photos, videos, updates, news, before & afters, random voice notes at 10pm… all of it gives us more to play with.

And a proper content day? Ugh. The best! 👌🏻

But sometimes?

You’re busy.
You forget.
You disappear into the abyss for three weeks.
We get a message saying “I’m so sorry, I’ve literally sent you NOTHING.”

And genuinely…it’s fine.

You hired us to manage your social media, not to give you another job to remember.

If we’ve got loads of fresh content, brilliant. If we haven’t, we dig a little deeper, get creative, revisit topics, find new angles and make sure the wheels keep turning anyway.

In fact, some of our favourite posts have come from staring at an empty content folder and thinking:

Right then. What the hell are we making this week? 😂

That’s part of the job. And weirdly, part of the fun. We’re creatives after all!

So yes, send us things when you can.

But please stop feeling guilty when real life and running a business get in the way. We’re all just doing our best 🧡

Dolly sure knew a thing or two ✨ 🤠

There’s something about this quote that really hits differently when you’re building a business of your own

Tower Social Media started with three women, one family, and a decision to create something that felt like ours.

We didn’t have some perfectly mapped-out masterplan. We’ve learnt as we’ve gone, changed direction, figured out what we’re good at, what we enjoy, what we absolutely do not want to be…and slowly built a business around that.

And honestly, that’s probably one of the biggest lessons we’ve learnt.

You don’t have to fit into somebody else’s version of success.

Your business doesn’t need to look like everyone else’s. Your career doesn’t need to follow the route you originally imagined. And you’re allowed to find your niche, change your mind and build something that actually suits the person you are.
