🎙️ Transcription Tuesday | Why We Don’t Name Our Clients
Some businesses proudly display their client lists.
We don’t.
And there’s a very simple reason why.
At White Transcription Services Ltd, confidentiality isn’t just something written into a contract — it’s part of the service we provide.
Every recording we receive represents someone’s conversation, research, ideas, experiences, information or business, and we believe that trust should be respected.
🔐 Our clients’ privacy matters
We don’t believe that naming an organisation should be used as a marketing tool without their permission. Our clients’ identities and project details are theirs to share — not ours.
📁 We handle sensitive information
Our transcription work can involve research interviews, focus groups, legal matters, healthcare information, business discussions, academic projects and much more.
🤝 Trust is earned
When someone sends us a recording, they are trusting us with information that may not be available publicly. We take that responsibility seriously.
🛡️ Confidentiality goes beyond the transcript
Protecting information isn't simply about producing an accurate transcript. It’s about how that information is handled throughout the process.
⏳ And it doesn't end when the transcript is delivered
The trust our clients place in us is something we continue to respect long after a project has been completed.
We’re proud to work with organisations across sectors including research, legal, healthcare, education, business, charities and the public sector.
But you may never see their names on our website.
Because sometimes the best way to demonstrate trust is by knowing when not to talk about it.
At White Transcription Services Ltd, we believe your confidential information should remain exactly that — confidential.
