SHOCKING: Braving the waves or sheer madness? 🌊🛑

Just 24 hours after a heartbreaking double tragedy in Withernsea claimed two lives, a shocking photo has emerged of an individual risking their life at Whitby Harbour.

The person was spotted moving along the lifeboat and yacht ramp, heading directly towards massive, freezing waves. Despite urgent warnings from the Coastguard and the recent tragic news, some are still ignoring the power of the North Sea.

The sea is unpredictable and deadly, especially in these freezing conditions. Please, STAY BACK and STAY SAFE. No photo or "thrill" is worth your life. 🙏❄️

Heartbreaking News from Consett 💔🕊️

The local community is in deep shock following the tragic passing of a much-loved 14-year-old boy on Boxing Day.

The teenager was rushed to the Royal Victoria Infirmary (RVI) after a devastating accident involving a John Deere Gator vehicle on December 21. Despite the best efforts of emergency services and medical staff, he sadly passed away days later. 🚑😔

Tributes have been pouring in for the young lad, with friends and neighbours describing him as a "bright light" gone far too soon. Our thoughts and prayers are with his shattered family and friends during this impossibly difficult time. 🙏🌹
