As a solo business owner, facing the highs and lows on your own can feel challenging. I put a lot of thought into this situation. When you first start out, you want to say yes to every client and every opportunity. But, feeling confident enough in your own abilities, values and worth feels like a pivotal moment.

I wanted to share this message as my life coaching journey taught me my core values and I honestly refer to them all the time, they are like my compass, keeping me on track. Also, I’m keen to reassure other business owners that it’s Ok to say no.

When you’re a small business owner it’s really difficult to get a true break from your social media, but it’s often exactly what you need.
