Anything from gifts to clothing garments and merchandise. I started SMEE in November 2019 when I got brought a few pieces of machinery to help make my 2 crazy kids some t-shirts and hoodies. It soon became apparent I wanted to venture into something a bit more than a hobby and save me from returning to my previous job after having my daughter Eryn. So, opened up SMEE Designs (SMEE means Shirlz, Matt, Ethan, Eryn) my very own little family, and we all love anything crafty. I started off with a small desk in the corner of my bedroom and it soon grew to the point I needed an external office space, which i am now based at just outside of Droitwich Town Centre 😍

All the work is completed myself both with embroidery and print within my small office And if anything isn't made in house it is made my another local small business ❤️ and I always try and source the best quality items at a competitive price. I aim to be able to bring you ANYTHING within Embroidery and Print. I appreciate every like/love and share ❤️❤️

Six years ago, SMEE Designs started right here… in the corner of our bedroom 💙

It was small, busy and powered by a lot of late nights, mugs of tea and plenty of hard work! I never imagined that little workspace would one day lead to a high street shop… but here we are 😊

I now proudly run SMEE Designs as a solo business from 14 High Street, Droitwich, WR9 8EW. Behind the scenes it’s a 24/7 commitment, but I absolutely love bringing your ideas to life through embroidery and print 💛

To every customer who has ordered, shared a post, recommended us or popped into the shop… thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your support as a local business has helped get SMEE Designs here, and I’m so grateful ✨

A little note about payment for custom orders… 💙

We’ve had a few people ask if they can pay when collecting, so I just wanted to explain warmly why we ask for full payment when your order is placed.

Every embroidered and printed item is made especially for you and your requirements. Production only starts once payment has been received, allowing me to get straight to work and focus on keeping the quality high and orders moving fairly for everyone.

It’s a little like buying a concert ticket… you pay before you attend, because that place and experience are reserved especially for you. Custom orders work in a similar way 😊

Please know it’s nothing personal and no offence is intended at all… it’s simply how SMEE Designs has to run as a solo business. There’s a lot of work behind the scenes, often 24/7, to keep everything organised and completed to the best standard possible.

As soon as your order is ready for collection, I’ll let you know. If you have any questions or concerns, please message me and I’ll be happy to chat it through 💙

A little update from me... 💙

Firstly, thank you so much for your patience and understanding recently. I know we’ve had to close early at times, and I really do appreciate every single person who has shared our posts, recommended us, placed an order or simply popped in for a chat 😊

Running SMEE Designs as a solo business means the shop and everything behind the scenes is a 24/7 commitment. Sometimes family, health or meetings are unavoidable, and I’m so grateful for your kindness and support when plans have had to change.

From Monday, now the children are settled back at school and hubby’s shifts are scheduled, we’ll be returning to our original opening hours 🙌

Monday – Appointment only
Tuesday – 9:00am–5:00pm
Wednesday – 9:00am–4:00pm
Thursday – 9:00am–5:00pm
Friday – 9:00am–5:00pm
Saturday – 9:00am–1:00pm
Sunday – Closed

I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone who supports SMEE Designs 💓

Every share, recommendation, order and chat means more than you probably realise. Whether you’ve bought from us, told a friend about us or simply taken the time to like and share a post... thank you so much 😊

Running the shop and managing everything behind the scenes on my own is a 24/7 commitment, and I’m incredibly proud of what we do. But sometimes family commitments, health issues or meetings are unavoidable, which means the shop occasionally has to close.

I really do appreciate your understanding when this happens. It’s never taken for granted, and your patience and kindness mean the world to me 💙
