What started as a small family operation has grown into one of the region's leading vehicle hire companies, serving thousands of customers while never losing the personal service that built its reputation.

It was to tell its story.

A conversation about Scotland's World Cup chances turned into something much bigger.

Over the last 10 weeks, the Purple Imp team has been busy building World Cup Picks, a free football prediction platform where friends, families, workplaces, supporters clubs and communities can create leagues and compete throughout the tournament.

We're delighted to see the project featured in The Courier this weekend.

Unlike traditional fantasy football or betting platforms, World Cup Picks is all about friendly competition, league tables, bragging rights and seeing who really knows their football.

We've officially launched the free to play World Cup Picks game.

It’s been a bit quiet on here .... and fair enough, some folk probably thought we’d vanished into the digital abyss.

Truth is, Team IMP have been flat out working with a global partner that took pretty much all of our focus, time, and energy. It’s been a massive learning (Rollercoaster) experience and, along the way, it’s helped shape the direction of where we’re heading next.

Over time, we found ourselves specialising more and more in sports projects, and that’s naturally evolved Purple Imp into a sports marketing & development agency. We’ve got some exciting announcements coming soon around new sites, partnerships, and projects we’ve been working on behind the scenes.

At the same time, it also gave us the opportunity to step back, refocus, and rethink how we support all our brilliant clients outside the sports world too.

That’s where Discovery Digital comes in our sister company built to carry forward the same Purple Imp ethos, personality, and support, but with a clearer focus for our web design, development, and digital support services.

So Purple Imp isn’t going anywhere it’s just evolved a wee bit.
