Saw these quotes today on mirrors on service station loos. Love them and a good reminder that we have the power within us to take control of our lives and are worthy of whatever it is we want. What a fab evening making this guy. Thanks to Lizi and Liz for helping us take a lump of clay and transform it. Back in a few weeks to paint & glaze it. Fingers crossed he survives the kiln! Next stop Pottery Throw Down!

Really loved teaching this morning’s embodiment class as we focussed on the third eye energy centre and quietening the mind monkeys. I was able to do most of the practice along with the attendees and it always astonishes me how much sitting in stillness can be a challenge.
