Scotland is special because of our freedom to roam and unspoilt landscapes, the idea of this development is horrific. Turning our beautiful countryside into a nearly 8000 acre security patrolled gated estates "you will never have to leave because it has everything within it" .... what kind of people does this appeal to .... And why the high security ? What are they hiding ?

I AM sorry, but Scotland is not a "playground", particularly not for the mega-rich. Scotland is our home. It is not for some billionaires…
