🎉 Happy EO Day! 🎉As we've been counting down to EO Day, we've been exploring what means across our business—and it's been inspiring to see the different ways our people bring it to life every day.
We kicked things off with our Question of the Day poll, asking: "What does Owning It mean to you?"
The results showed a clear winner: 📊 Taking Responsibility – 57%
These responses perfectly capture the spirit of employee ownership: taking accountability, supporting one another, continuously improving, and working together to achieve success.
Over the past three weeks, we've also been running our Pass the Spotlight ✨ recognition chain, encouraging colleagues to celebrate the people around them. With no schedule and no pressure, we've seen a fantastic chain of appreciation grow across the business, highlighting the people who help make our employee-owned culture so special.
Today, we're bringing it all together as we celebrate EO Day with colleagues across the business. It's also a great opportunity for our management team to come together, reflect on what we've achieved, and put the finishing touches on plans for our Summer Party next week!
