Another busy week in the studio ✨

From exciting new projects and productive initial meetings to visiting one of our clients own print works and seeing our designs come to life, it’s been a busy one.

One of our favourite moments? Seeing the latest East Bergholt Parish Magazine land on our doorstep with our hand-crafted illustrated map of the village printed inside. A pretty nice way to end the week.

Our embedded team at .olsencruiselines were tasked with helping to create a new visual identity for their specialty restaurant, Colours & Tastes.

They wanted a fresh look that matched the restaurant’s reimagined space and the great food on offer, while keeping things feeling warm, welcoming, and easy to navigate.

David and the team got to work creating a design that felt special yet approachable and could easily keep up with a menu that changes every night.

Here’s a practical look at how we brought it all together:

• The Logo: A clean, easy-to-read design inspired by classic 1920s style.

• The Colours: Easy going neutral tones pulled right from the restaurant’s interior, with bold accent colours that tie into the artwork on the walls.

• The Details: Simple, custom graphics that work smoothly across daily menus, posters, and photos without making things feel cluttered.

The result? A clear, friendly look that helps Colours & Tastes feel right at home onboard.

Change is tough, especially when it comes to something you’ve built from the ground up. And we should know, we have first-hand experience having rebranded only 2 years ago.

Whether it’s a total name change or a completely new look, starting again can feel overwhelming.

Take ours. At first glance, it’s simply an abstract club - a nod to Clubb Creative. But look a little closer and there’s a lot more going on.

From references to our past, subtle ideas around growth and movement, to the creative minds behind the studio, every element has been considered.

And that’s how we approach every brand we work on.

We don’t just create a logo that looks good. We think about what it means, how it works, where it needs to work and how it can become something that’s genuinely ownable.

For us good design and community support go hand-in-hand. The same creative team that delivers your work is just as passionate about giving back to the people around us.

As a new season of fixtures kick off, we’re proud to backing a number of grassroots sports teams including: East Bergholt United FC, Wivenhoe Town Football Club, , Claydon Football Club. As well as flying the flag for the only all girl football club in Suffolk.

You will still see us pitch side for Collins Ike and court side for Essex Rebels Basketball throughout the season. Having supported the senior teams last season, we are extending our backing to the Essex Rebels Junior Basketball Club too, !

Meanwhile off the court, we are continuing to inspire the next generation by supporting our local school with career day workshops, and continuing to champion our chosen charity Suffolk Artlink, supporting people of all abilities to be creative.

Every shirt sponsored, workshop run, and donation made comes down to the brilliant team of creatives and the community that keeps us grounded.

Community engagement and backing local sports to build local pride is something we’re fiercely proud of here at Clubb Creative.

For us, backing these teams is more than a name on a shirt; sport has a unique way of bringing people together, creating belonging in real time, whether that is a Saturday morning on the touchline or evening training session after school; for young people especially, these activities offer them structure, confidence and the chance to feel part of something bigger than themselves. Being able to be a part of that movement in a small way, means a so much to us.

100 projects. One partnership.

We’ve recently passed a milestone we’re really proud of - completing 100 creative projects for Cargo Stop.

Over the last 18 months, we’ve had the opportunity to support their team with everything from packaging design and product branding to brochures, social graphics, exhibition materials, presentation decks and even meeting room coasters.

Some projects take weeks. Others take 30 minutes. Every single one plays a part in helping a brand show up consistently.

For us, that’s what a great creative partnership looks like. It’s not about the occasional big campaign; it’s about becoming an extension of a client’s team, understanding their business and being there whenever they need creative support.

A huge thank you to everyone at Cargo Stop for putting their trust in us. It’s been a pleasure to be part of your journey, and we’re looking forward to the next 100 projects together.
