It's been a while and we hope you are well.
Starting this week, we are going to close the office on a Thursday, initially on a trial basis. This is to give us a little more freedom to schedule meetings and personal deliveries. The warehouse will be open for deliveries or collections (please smile at the CCTV when you visit) and orders will continue to be processed.
We are having a bit of a reshuffle and spring clean outside of office hours. Some of our least-used equipment is being tucked away to free-up space during this time, which may cause delays. If this is the case, we will warn you upon receipt of your order. We plan to be back to normal by the end of April.
The next side-project will be a website update (v8). We will be looking to add as many products and price options as soon as possible, with keener pricing on larger orders. However, we have been notified by our paper suppliers that their prices will be increasing across the board – no pun intended – from this week, and further increases are expected in May, so don't delay, order today!
Due to popular demand, we are increasing our fine art paper stocks. Your giclée prints can now be produced on the following Hahnemühle stocks: William Turner 310gsm textured (paintings and illustrations), FineArt Pearl 285gsm (photographs), and Photo Rag Ultra Smooth 305gsm (mixed use).
You may also have noticed our new landscape logo. Now everyone knows that we take our print quality seriously, if not ourselves 😏
