Then I woke up this morning and got on with it.

Not because I’m superwoman i know you thi k i am but i can assure you i am not 😆. Its just because I know who I am and that doesn’t change based on a hard day.

That’s the work nobody talks about its your identity. Your standards.

Knowing your patterns before they f*cking take you out sideways.

You need to be working on this daily. Even 10 minutes of self awareness journaling, noticing your triggers, understanding how you regulate it changes everything. Try it tomorrow morning and tell me how it goes.
