Hailey Marshall’s existing WixTM template website had no ability for capacity planning which is critical for food services businesses & she was battling with being swamped with orders, so much so, that she turned off orders via her site. We helped Hailey with the perfect solution.
We designed & built a fully customised & mobile optimised e-commerce website with hosting using Webflow’s market-leading platform. We also implemented a system that allowed Hailey to limit daily orders plus give her the ability to accept or reject orders upfront, to allow her & her team to be able to deliver excellent customer service through on-time delivery. The system also allowed the customers to order bespoke cakes, made to order, where they can choose their own sponge, sauce, icing & toppings which enabled the Cake “Lab” experience.
