We’re proud to share a major milestone for our business: Lane & Lane Media have come together under the Lane Group umbrella — and Lane is now majority employee-owned.
This strategic step brings our creative, digital, content and media teams back together legally and structurally as one organisation. We’ve always worked as an integrated agency, but becoming employee-owned has allowed us to unite the two businesses formally — strengthening our ability to deliver insight-driven, high-performing work through unbordered teams and fully connected services across search, performance media, content, paid social and more.
Becoming majority employee-owned through an Employee Ownership Trust secures our long-term independence, gives our people a formal voice at board level, and ensures rewards are shared fairly across the team. It reflects our commitment to collaboration, transparency and sustainable growth — aligned to our B-Corp values and our responsibility to our people and community.
In a landscape where many great agencies have lost their identity through acquisition, Ali and Barry were determined that Lane should remain Lane: independent, values-led and built on a culture of collaboration and long-term relationships.
Our leadership team remains unchanged, with the same experience and continuity at the helm.
