Zebra Growth Supporting ethically driven entrepreneurs to build & grow brands that pave the way to an inclusive & regenerative world

02/06/2026

Most brands are invisible at the awareness stage. Before the formal buying process even takes shape.Because most of what we create is built for people who are already close to buying.
The other 95%?

We’re not really speaking to them at all.

🦓 This was a talking point in our most recent session of Zebra Growth × Think Bambu’s Climate Tech Roundtable, grounded in how these journeys actually unfold. 🌱

We haven’t set a date for the next one yet.

If there’s something you’ve been sitting with, or a tension you’d want a space like this to hold, you’re always welcome to book a conversation and share what’s on your mind.

Good organisations rarely lose their way in one dramatic moment. More often, it happens slowly, through one reasonable compromise, one delayed decision, one exception that makes sense at the time, or one value that remains spoken but never quite becomes structure. 🦓

This is what makes organisational drift so difficult to notice while it is happening.Pressure to grow. Pressure to secure funding. Pressure to serve more people. Pressure to move faster. Pressure to say yes before the organisation has fully understood what that yes will ask of it.

A good organisation can be full of thoughtful, principled, values-led people and still drift.

Because drift is not always a failure of character. Often, it is a failure of intentional architecture.

🌱 Values need mechanisms. They need governance, decision-making clarity, accountability, ownership structures that reflect the purpose of the work, and ways of noticing when pressure starts to bend behaviour away from the mission.

Follow along as we continue exploring organisational drift in the coming weeks, especially the pressure so many values-led organisations feel to keep doing more. And if this is resonating with what you are experiencing in your own organisation, book a Clarity Call with one our founders. We would love to help you make sense of where the strain is coming from, and what kind of responsible growth your organisation is actually ready to hold.

85% of the buying journey happens before anyone contacts you. Which means most brands are invisible at the moment it actually matters.

In climate and nature-tech markets, decisions are shaped early, across multiple stakeholders, long before a conversation begins. 🦓

This was a core thread in our second session of Zebra Growth × Think Bambu’s Climate Tech Roundtable, a peer lead conversation grounded in what teams are actually navigating in these conditions. 🌱

If there’s something you’ve been sitting with, or a tension you’d want a space like this to hold, you’re always welcome to book a conversation and share what’s on your mind.

The world around most organisations has shifted faster than many organisations have been able to respond.

The expectations placed on values-led organisations are different now, yet many are still trying to grow using a map drawn for a different reality. Often, this shows up as a marketing problem, and the instinctive response is simply to add more activity. 🦓

But more activity does not help if the map itself is out of date.

Sometimes the most important step is admitting the map has changed.

If you resonate with moving away from the “more” mindset and want to grow more responsibly, book a Clarity Call and let’s begin unlearning the ideas that no longer serve your organisation or your impact. 🌱

Finding it hard to stay visible to the right people?
It’s often less about reach, and more about alignment.

Alignment between what your buyers are trying to understand and what you're actually putting in front of them.

🦓 That was the starting point for our second session of Zebra Growth × Think Bambu’s Climate Tech Roundtable, a conversation grounded in real conditions, where buyers move carefully, decisions are shared, and trust builds long before anything becomes formal. 🌱

We haven’t set a date for the next one yet.

Joining us on Thursday for our Regenerative Monitoring and Evaluation Playground. Justin DeKoszmovszky brings over 25 years of experience working at the edges of what markets tend to value, in the places strategy often overlooks. Across his work, he has focused on externalities, fragile value chains, underserved communities, and the longer arcs of systemic change.

His practice is grounded in a simple but often underused idea. That diverse voices and real field experience are not just inputs, but essential ways of understanding what is actually happening.

Before Archipel&Co., Justin led sustainability strategy at SC Johnson, PUMA Group, and OVO Energy, working across circular economy, social innovation, and the realities of implementing change inside organisations.

🦓 In our Playground, Regenerative Monitoring and Evaluation for Post Growth, Decolonial Marketing, Justin brings a systems lens shaped by both strategy and lived practice. A perspective that helps us question what gets measured, what gets overlooked, and how value is defined. 🌱

This free Playground takes place this Thursday, April 30, as a live, shared conversation guided by Zebra Growth, with guest speakers including Jeni Miles, Fernanda Matsinhe, Jannik Kaiser, and Justin DeKoszmovszky.

The inbox grows. Deadlines loom closer. Communications require responses. Before you know it, the day is over, but you haven't gone anywhere. 🦓🌱

Most organizations don't lack for energy. What they lack is room to breathe, leading to strategy only happening when things slow down. But they rarely do that.

What you’re seeing here aren’t output issues. They're clarity issues.

Clarity doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from stepping back long enough to see what actually matters now.

If this feels familiar, it might be worth taking a step back with us. Book a clarity call and let’s work through where you are and what needs to shift.

One week until we gather for Regenerative Monitoring and Evaluation for Post Growth, Decolonial Marketing Playground.

Not to rush towards answers, but to sit with the tensions and challenges of moving from extractive metrics to ways of knowing that honour life, complexity, and relationships.

This is a space for shared inquiry. Were we question impact, measurement, and what it means to stay in relationship with the systems we are part of.

If you have been holding these questions in your work, there is a place for you in the conversation.

This free Playground takes place next Thursday, guided by Zebra Growth in dialogue with Jeni Miles, Fernanda Matsinhe, Jannik Kaiser and Justin DeKoszmovszky. It is open to those who want to explore these questions in practice, together.

It’s easy to look at things like political division, loss of trust, or harm in digital platforms as separate problems.

But many of the patterns shaping those outcomes are familiar. They show up in how we communicate every day. Creating pressure instead of space. Reducing complexity into sides. Framing individuals as isolated decision-makers.

🦓These aren’t just marketing techniques. They shape how people think, feel, and relate to each other at scale. Most of us didn’t invent these patterns. But we are working inside them. Decolonizing Marketing is a space to step back and look at that more honestly. 🌱

To understand what we’ve inherited, and what it might mean to practise differently, we explore it more deeply inside the Decolonising Marketing programme. Cohort 2 begins on 19th May 20

We held our second session of Zebra Growth × Think Bambu ’s Climate Tech Roundtable last week. It turned into a real conversation on one of the harder tensions in purpose-led B2B, how do you stay visible without adding to the noise? 🦓🌱

One idea kept resurfacing: Only 5% of your potential buyers are actively looking right now. The other 95% are quietly forming a view. If you’re only showing up when people are ready to buy, you’re invisible to almost everyone who will eventually need you.

We haven’t set a date for the next roundtable yet. If you’d like to be part of it and hear more when it opens, you can sign up below.
