We had the opportunity to work with a start-up property renovation company to develop their brand identity, create promotional print material, and design a website in line with their business goals. The goals of this client were to break into the high-end renovation and extensions market in Edinburgh.

RNF Electrical Services are a new start up electrical company based in the UK. They came to us with an idea for their branding and needed help bringing it to life. Business goals change regularly. To keep up with these changing goals, new assets need to be created and that’s exactly what this project was for Jamie Burns Transformation Coach. We’ve worked with Jamie for the last 2 years, initially creating a full 6 page website and shooting content for it.

Jamie’s business goals have changed and with him, we identified the need to streamline the existing site, only keeping key information, and simplifying the route to enquiry. To achieve this, we created a 1 page landing page, kitted out with a VSL video, bold enquiry buttons throughout, and an email capture pop-up linked to a 14 day nurturing email campaign.

The results:

Site visits are up 900% with CTR sitting at a healthy 7%, 1.5% above the industry standard.

Elite Physique Edinburgh approached us to redesign his current website which was not aligned with his overall branding, and wasn’t converting visitors into bookings.

Key insights for us were 95% of his current site visitors came from mobile. This told us that we needed to make it as easy as possible for his audience to get onto the site and book straight away.

Knowing this, we updated the website to fall inline with the current brand colour scheme, switching from a white background to a more aesthetically pleasing black incorporating gold accents through the site. The cream on top was adding in book here buttons beside key service information, in the navigation menu, and in the top hero section.

This website redesign led to some impressive stats:

28% increase in site visitors with a significant increase in search traffic

An overall website Click Through Rate of 66.9% - Converting 317/433 unique visitors into bookings.
