We offer wedding stationery and event design for the style conscious couple looking for an alternative to the classic white wedding. We work with each couple on a one-to-one basis delivering events that reflect each couple as individuals. Our online store features our wide range of originally designed wedding stationery. We’re creative thinkers and encourage clients to think beyond the obvious.

Just checking in with a little Skinny Malink update.
I’m afraid, It’s time to say goodbye to this little venture –
But not before thanking everyone who has supported this small business over the years. 🥰

I’ll be using this page to post various lifestyle updates and more personal posts so please stick around if thats your cuppa or feel free to hit the unfollow button if it’s not.

It’s not all doom and gloom however, I’ve been pouring my heart into my new(ish) jewellery business .golden.finds where I get to share amazing vintage and antique jewellery - If that sounds like your kind of ‘sparkle,’ (see what I did there) come check it out and give the page a follow, it would be lovely to have you there. ✨

A little announcement ✨🥂

It’s a nervous and exciting time here at Skinny Malink. As mentioned a few posts ago, I’m leaving weddings behind and embarking on the Greetings Card industry.
It’s been a hefty learning curve!
I’m very fortunate to now be stocked in a selection of boutiques and galleries in England and mainland Europe. I’m also selling directly to customers - this was exactly what I was seeking out to achieve after leaving the wedding industry.

Never did I think I’d be seeing Skinny Malink cards being stocked by a mainstream retailer but I’m over the moon to report that after talking with one of the top supermarkets in the UK, I’ve been selected to trial 6 of my designs across their stores nationwide. It’s a big leap and one I’m tentatively embracing. It may lead to nothing more than a trial but I’m taking the opportunity and running with it.

I’ll be closing the online store for a month to get the orders produced but I will be back to normal trading by mid-May. Promise.

During the pandemic, like many folk, I thought I’d explore new projects while weddings were off limits.
For a while I got really into fragrances and perfumes. I also started French lessons (oui!) and towards the end of 2021, My true-crime podcast addiction was becoming an issue.

One thing I also dabbled in, was buying some preloved jewellery. I’d take the time to clean it, repair where needed, polish them and sell the pieces on to new owners.
I didn’t think much would come of it but it’s a little side job that I’m really loving and that seems to be picking up some customers too. so… I wanted to share.

I don’t pop many non-skinny malink post on here but would be very grateful if you could visit my sideline page.
