Black Friday deals are everywhere at the minute!🛒📦📮📈

Admittedly if you haven’t been preparing for Black Friday 2020 then it’s really too late at this stage. But that doesn’t mean you can’t think about strategies for your retail sales in 2021.

Here are some tips:

🔲 Get your content fresh and up to date for your website and social media. Do you know where to focus your attention? Do you need new imaging? Last year's data will be helpful to find out what worked (or not) for your website, social media, email flyers etc. We work with if you are looking for specific marketing advice 🇳🇴🌎🙌

🔲 Talking about data - what did well for you this past year? What are your top selling items? How many orders would you expect during a shopping event? Plan promotions, ensuring you have stock and restock plans in place and ensure your customers can access your top products easily.

🔲 Ensure you have customer and support services in place to answer calls, emails, enquiries and make sure your returns policy is clear and well communicated to customers.

🔲 Plan your posting and packaging - how happy have you been with your current service? How fast can you pack and dispatch? Do you need to upgrade? Speak to and build up a good relationship with your courier.
