My Body and Colour Analyses will be having a Spring makeover! From mid-April, they will include make-up recommendations from the natural Tropic Skincare range.

In celebration of adding Tropic as an extension of my current services, I'm hosting a Colour Club event at the gorgeous Downham Hall on Thursday 16 April with Platinum Tropic Leader, Lauren Westwood.

This is a free event, open to ladies who want to learn more about using the right colour make up to allow your palette to shine more. Details are below, spaces are limited to 25 people.

Also, if you have an analysis booked in with me from April onwards, bring along your makeup bag and I'll advise you on the best hue of lipstick, eyeshadow, blusher, bronzer and foundation.

Sharing two of my clients during colour analysis. A gorgeous couple - both analysed as brights.

She's a cool palette and he's a warm palette. Their colours are opposites - her best colours have blue undertones and are cool, intense and high contrast colours, while his have yellow undertones, they're clear, vibrant and fresh.

My client base is women. However, if you're a current client of mine, I'm happy to help your partner find their best colours, too.

Client transformation

What a great style shift for my gorgeous client and friend.

The first photo shows her previous wardrobe, which was full of neutrals including grey and black. Being a busy mum of two, she pulled on these colours because she thought they were simple to chuck on.

Since having her analysis and wardrobe declutter, her warm spring colours now dominate her wardrobe. She styles them with ease to create an elevated look, which is effortless to create each day.

She clearly shines in her best colours, which leave her looking and feeling vibrant and more energised than when she was younger.

While black isn't in her palette, she will now wear it on the lower half of her body, where her main colours take centre stage and do all of the positive work.

She said:

"I love how much of a difference adding colour to my wardrobe has made. I look back at photos of 10 years ago and I look tired and drained in black, grey and navy.

I get complimented on my colourful clothes now and am so grateful to Sarah to have added colour to my life 🌈"

Here are my 2025 no justification outfits.

Because it's not what you wear that makes you stylish, it's your mentality.

Dress for the person you want to be.

Get dressed for you.

Dress authentically.

Don't fit your clothes around the day or the role you play.

Don't dress for expectations or stereotypes.

Don't wear the outfit because you think you should wear it.

Wear what you want because you can .

Dress in clothes you love to wear and those that love you back.

Ultimately dress in it because you want to. No other justification

Be unapologetically and authentically you.

This is how I dress, every month of the year. Whatever the day, whatever role I'm playing, whoever I'm seeing.

All Style You New style services and packages will be slightly altered from Monday 5th January 2026.

It's been two years since I've revisited service costs. I'm doing it now to ensure you receive the highest standard of advice and guidance, while enjoying your game changing experience.

These changes take into account the increase in colour swatches and other associated businesses costs over the last couple of years.

All services booked in 2025 and those that are subsequently booked before 5th January (with a £25 deposit paid), will be honoured at the current prices.
