One day, or day one?

She’s got bills to pay, a job to get to and a life that already feels full.

But somewhere between the morning rush, the commute and doing what she has to do… there’s an idea she can’t stop thinking about.

And right now, starting something of her own feels almost impossible.

The brand and products might not be real in this video but the problems we face are definitely a real life experience! And thats part to building a brand, still problem solving 🙃

Of course, the launch couldn’t go completely smoothly… because apparently the website deciding not to take payments was part of the plan 😂

One phone call, one very stressful fix later… and we were LIVE.

And it worked. 🔥

But the biggest thing? A successful brand is never just the product.

It’s the story, the feeling, the content and the community you build around it that makes people actually want to be part of it.

That’s the bit we LOVE to build.

From a random idea on the sofa to a brand people are actually buying from.

This is what BUILD is all about. 🖤

Just when we thought we’d found Maya’s hero product…the supplier disappeared 😭

No replies. No stock. No packaging. And the relaunch is only days away.

So we started calling new suppliers, comparing materials and trying to find something that looked amazing, worked properly AND stayed within budget.

Apparently my gold foil didn’t make the cut because it was “living outside the budget” 🤣

We finally found someone who could produce everything in time…until Alice checked the delivery date 👀

It’s arriving the day AFTER the launch.

Don’t worry. I’ve got an idea 😏

Sometimes the product you love the most isn’t actually the product your customers want 👀
I was fully prepared to fight for this one even though she had opened it approximately five minutes earlier 🤣

But building a brand isn’t just about making it look pretty. We need to understand what customers actually want, what they’ll pay for and which product has the strongest potential.

We finally found Maya’s hero product and thought we’d cracked it…

Then the supplier cancelled the entire order 😭

Meet Maya 👀 She built her skincare business completely on her own. from making the products in her kitchen to opening her very own shop.

The only problem? Nobody came…and now she has just THREE weeks to relaunch 😭
