Multisource Feedback (MSF) has become the standard for assessing for healthcare professionals in the UK. It is now common practice and used for developing insight into strengths and weaknesses, identifying personal and professional development opportunities and ways to enhance team effectiveness, to improve patient experience.

CFEP has been at the forefront of developing and evaluating patient and colleague feedback surveys for health professionals since 1995. The increased interest in the survey product swelled as the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way GP practices and individual health professionals deliver their services.
