Firstly, we want to reassure you that there is no evidence of any security breach or hacking. This appears to be a technical issue with the email provider, and we are working closely with them to get this resolved as quickly as possible.

We sincerely apologise for the delays in getting back to some of you. We’ve received a very high number of calls and emails over the past couple of days, but please be assured we are doing our best to respond and support everyone as quickly as we can.

Our team will continue working on this over the weekend to push for a full resolution, and we will keep you updated as things progress.

We are currently experiencing an issue with our email provider which is affecting some email accounts.

Our team is actively working with the provider to resolve this as quickly as possible and the issue is being treated as a priority.
