🌟 Meet Hannah Sanders: driving awareness, demand, and growth at Air 🌟

💻 At Air...
Hannah leads the marketing function at Air, responsible for how we position ourselves, what we say, and who we say it to. From social content and campaigns to website and email, everything you see from an Air brand perspective runs through her.

As part of the Commercial Team, Hannah plays a key role in driving awareness, generating demand, and supporting the conversations that lead to growth. Right now, she’s leading the development of our FY27 marketing strategy as we continue to evolve how we go to market.

⏪ Before Air...
Hannah’s route into marketing wasn’t your typical one, but her passion for it became clear as she began shaping brand growth and digital presence in her roles. She studied Creative Media, which sparked a lasting interest in storytelling that still influences her approach today. She then built her career across energy, retail, and property, progressing into a leadership role at a prestigious Devon estate agency, where that focus on brand and digital really took shape.

🏡 Outside of work...
Life is a little more chaotic (in the best way). Hannah and her partner are raising an energetic two-year-old, planning their dream Christmas wedding, and making the most of weekends outdoors with family, friends, good food, and the occasional Aperol Spritz! 🍊

🌟 Meet Aqeelah Rahamathulla: the data engine behind our campaigns 🌟

Aqeelah plays a key role in ensuring our campaigns start with the right foundations - high-quality data, clear structure, and accurate reporting.

Working across almost every client at Air, Aqeelah focuses on sourcing, managing, and structuring data to ensure campaigns are set up for success. She works closely with account managers to build data briefs, provide recommendations, and create reporting that helps clients clearly understand performance.

Alongside this, she manages Salesloft operations, building and maintaining workflows while supporting enablement across the team. She also collaborates with Shaun on a range of projects, including testing new technologies that strengthen how we work with data across the business.

Before joining Air, Aqeelah completed a master’s degree in Postcolonial World Literature at the University of Exeter. Prior to moving to the UK, she studied English Language and Literature at the University of Madras in India, where she also worked in a BDE role for a US-based company - balancing full days at university with overnight shifts.

Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and baking 🧁, crafting, and learning languages - having studied seven so far! Weekends are now often spent outdoors walking with her husband, and she’s recently welcomed a new kitten who keeps life entertaining at home. 🐈

A decade of building pipeline, growing teams and helping clients turn conversations into revenue.

Our Founder & CEO, Owen Richards, recently reflected on the journey - and, true to form, didn’t sugar-coat it!

Starting and scaling a business is rarely smooth. There are highs, lows and plenty of lessons along the way. But the constant throughout Air’s story has been the people behind it.

From the early days planting the seeds, to the leaders helping take the business to new levels today, the last 10 years have been shaped by colleagues, partners and clients who believed in what we were building.

And the biggest lesson from Owen?

Success isn’t just measured in revenue or headcount. It’s the people you surround yourself with, the moments you share and the purpose you feel along the way.
