It was my absolute honour and privilege to attend the 20th Anniversary of Perfect Service Solutions last Saturday in Stirling. 🥂✨
I’ve known Simone Sibbald for 25 years, and I’ve had the privilege of following her journey every step of the way. We worked together at Stirling Council, and when I moved to the USA, Simone stepped into my role, a moment that feels even more significant looking back now.
Twenty one years ago, she messaged me with a business idea called Perfect Service Solutions. I told her to do it, to believe in herself and to never look back. She listened… and the rest is history.
Sitting in the room and watching her stand on that stage, reflecting on 20 years of resilience, growth, courage, and determination, was incredibly emotional.
Simone is an extraordinary woman and an exceptional business leader, but more than that, she is someone who leads with heart. ❤️Seeing her surrounded by a team who clearly admire, respect and believe in her was a moment I will never forget.
We have always been there for each other, through every chapter, every challenge and every win.
Here’s to the journey so far… and I can’t wait to see everything still to come 💫
