Sophia is our Account Manager who brings 5 years of experience in the industry, working across the States, London, and Cornwall. Her strong organisational skills combined with a people-first approach allows her to build genuine, long-term client relationships. She’s big on clear communication, problem-solving, and client confidence.

Outside of work, she is a new kitten mum (which brings a new batch of scratches every day) and a beginner crocheter. She loves going to the theatre, writing, and reading - she’s hoping to beat her record of 55 books read last year!

📢 We’re looking for a Social Media Assistant to join the FutureProof fam!

Entry-level role with real learning opportunities and a team that won’t gatekeep the good stuff. If you’ve got solid copywriting skills, understand that different platforms need different vibes and you’re ready to build your portfolio with actual client work, get in touch.

This is a part-time role, which means you’ll mostly in the office with us. We’re looking for 3 days a week (Mon, Tue & Fri which we’re in the office in Penryn)

Salary is £28k pro rata.

We’re looking for an Account Manager who loves a clear brief, a tidy inbox and happy clients. At Futureproof Cornwall you will be the client whisperer that keeps things flowing smoothly between our clients and our studio. You’ll know how to manage expectations, sweet talk the designers for one teenie tiny change and be creative enough to translate the classic client feedback of “make it pop” into an actionable brief.

FYI this is a hybrid role, based in Cornwall which will require some travel around the county.
