Great to spend the day at Marwell Wildlife with the sales and marketing team, and agency partners.

We talked marketing, growth, opportunities and initiatives for this amazing wildlife and conservation brand. Then out into the zoo to see the snow leopard, red pandas, and the penguins - who were busy cooling off in their pool! Great to sample the new menu in the Graze cafe which was superb.

Wisetiger’s role is supporting the digital marketing efforts with SEO/GEO, plus analytics and reporting. We love Marwell – such a great place to visit, so much to see and do all year round! 🐒 🐍 🐐 🦆 🦎 🦏

A tremendous day of cricket yesterday, supporting some great charities including https://www.juliashouse.org/ with Wadworth and the Lashings World cricket legends! Pure joy to mingle with the likes of Sir Curtly Ambrose, Courtney Walsh and Henry Blofeld (who was also seen wearing a Folly Road bucket hat!!!) (Did someone get a photo? 😃) The hats will be available online at Folly Road and in the brewery shop next week, they’re a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ hat, they’ll shift quickly in this scorchio weather – get one while you can!

Today is National Pub Day, and we’re raising a glass to all our friends and clients in the hospitality sector 🍺

The Great British Pub isn’t just somewhere to grab a pint and some food. It’s a community hub, a local institution, and for many, a lifeline and a way of life. The campaign to save our pubs matters, and we’re fully behind it.

We’re proud to work with clients across the hospitality sector – people who understand the craft, the culture, and the sheer hard work that goes into running a great venue. Today we’re thinking of all of them. The brewers, the landlords, the staff who make it all happen 🍻🍻 Happy National Pub Day! 🍻🍻

The International Typography Standards Board announced today, the 1st April, that Comic Sans has been awarded Font of the Year 2026 – recognising its ‘unparalleled contribution to visual communication across healthcare, education, and business.’

We’ve always felt that Comic Sans hasn’t been taken seriously enough. The award panel noted that Comic Sans ‘transcends conventional design thinking,’ and praised its authenticity in an era of AI-generated aesthetics. In a landscape increasingly shaped by algorithmic design, Comic Sans remains resolutely, uncompromisingly itself.

At Wisetiger, we’ll be helping clients to update their brand guidelines, websites and digital marketing to align with this strong trend for 2026.

It’s been 20 years since we first began our journey with ActiveCampaign. Back in 2005 – when flip phones were the height of tech and YouTube was just launching – we were already pushing boundaries in email marketing.

We’ve evolved alongside the platform, from its early days as a server-based tool to the sophisticated Customer Experience Automation (CXA) powerhouse it’s become today. Our partnership has seen us move from simple email broadcasts to building complex, automated customer relationships that drive real growth.

From our early work delivering personalised, multi-language communications for global brands like Navteq, to our current role as an ActiveCampaign Partner, we’ve always focused on making technology work harder for our clients.

While we’re experts in ActiveCampaign, we know every business is unique. That’s why we also work with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics to ensure our clients always have the right tools for the job.

Whether you’re looking to unify your CRM or transform your customer journey, we’re here to help you navigate the next 20 years of digital evolution.

We know, we know. Swapping out the ‘Black Stuff’ on St Patrick’s Day feels like a bit of a gamble. Especially with our Irish friends, but we’ve got a very good reason!

Folly Road is one of our lovely clients, and frankly, their Corvus Stout is really very good.

If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out on some serious craft brewing. It’s a smooth, traditional stout with a rich depth that hits all the right notes – think toasted malts, a hint of liquorice, and a subtly sweet finish. It’s bold, it’s dark, and it’s brewed in Devizes.

So, we’ll be raising a glass of Corvus today. It’s not that we don’t love Guinness – it’s just that we love our clients more. Sláinte! 🍀🍺

Understanding how users start and end a visit to your website is more than just a numbers game. It often dictates if a visit has been successful.

In our latest blog, we explore the significance of website entry and exit points. While the homepage is often the front door, your audience might just as easily arrive via a landing page, a blog post, or a search result.

Using our know-how, analytics and data-driven insights we can help refine your website entry, and turn exit points into conversion opportunities.

Ever wondered what the future of search looks like to the people who are building it?

This is interesting. Google’s Head of Search, Liz Reid, recently shared some fascinating insights into the future of search and AI. For those of us focused on effective digital marketing, there’s plenty to think about.

Here are the five takeaways from her interview.

1. Search has become a conversation.

Search is no longer just a list of links; it’s become dialogue. Answer engines are prompting your next question, and users are asking complex follow-ups. All this gives brands the chance to act as a helpful guide.

2. Text is no longer enough.

From YouTube and podcasts to Google Lens, people now expect a mix of imagery and video to help them browse the web. High-quality visual design and UX are becoming increasingly important as search answers move away from just written questions and answers.

3. Create content for people.

By creating original, high-value content that’s designed for humans, you’ll align with the evolving nature of AI search.

4. AI makes ads more relevant.

You’d probably expect Google to encourage more paid ads, but in reality answer engines like Gemini are supporting advertisers by improving the way ads are served, which is good for advertisers as well as end users.

5. Search is becoming personal.

Google is now acting more like a personal assistant that actually knows you, rather than a librarian who just knows where the books are. We’re told to expect more changes. It’s an opportunity for brands to become the ‘answer’ in these personal conversations.

There’s a link to the original article on our website, definitely worth a read. See link in bio.
