My entire personality is based on being an action taker so this is so painful to admit 🙈

But finally the time has come for me to stop dicking around and actually share that...

and I have created a brand new weekly chat show podcast.🎉

After 18 months of feeling really stuck, I allowed myself to think beyond 'solo episodes vs interviews' and create something I would be excited to listen to!

This is the 4th mastermind retreat I've run & I always cry afterwards 🤣

I can't even tell you why, I just love it so much & the energy is so special, it feels like such a privilege to bring such incredible women together.

If you've been on/run a retreat, do you know what I mean?

The theme of these retreat was SPACE (not the planets...!).

We had the most insanely huge house this time & the physical space was amazing, but also the emotional space to process the year so far, mental space to step back from the day to day & the space to dream big.

But more than that, we also chatted about house moves, peri menopause, second children (IYKYK!) & life juggling a LOT.

Because having conversations with women who just *get it* is honestly one of the most valuable parts of the experience.

And we took action. Everyone left having actually made a big decision & taking action on it.... & I literally cannot wait to see the ripple effect over the next few months.

I only normally run retreats for my Mastermind clients but I am thinking of running one early next year which would be open to anyone.

So much of my work is giving women permission to do less & so today, this is the permission slip you didn't even know you needed!

It's not easy tho & thats why it needs to be said.

If you're always giving 120% as a default for your clients, your kids, your parents, your health... Something has to give.

One of the biggest lessons I've had to learn is that sometimes balls have to drop & I have to have the self trust that I'll be able to fix it.

Creating boundaries that protect your energy with your clients, & systems to support your marketing (ads 👀) is one of the first things we do in Outrageous & arguably the most life changing ❤️

Growing a business costs money & I'm here to have conversations about it because I just don't see them happening enough!

It cost me £9,068 to run my business in March & it's taken a lot of work to be able to spend that much & still have a calm nervous system!

Does it still feel vulnerable to share exactly what I spent on Instagram? Yes, yes it does 🤣

But that's the next stretchy edge... Because if I'm willing to share my revenue (also another stretchy edge!) then I want to show the flip side too!

I want to have conversations about this because if you want to grow a business that sustainably pays you the big bucks, you need to know your numbers.

So if you need it, this is your nudge to get your head in the numbers & know them inside out.

I don’t talk about this much because It feels sooo long ago, but it's really important.

So many of my mindset challenges when I started scaling my business came from the belief I couldn't be ambitious + earn great money + be a present parent.

I finally realised that I could in fact be ambitious AND a great mum if I just designed my business in a way that actually didn't consume me the entire time 😂

As someone who LOVES working this is actually an ongoing, never ending personal development challenge for me.

But it all started when I focused on creating ONE offer I could actually scale to 6 figures without it consuming my every waking thought.

My Mastermind was born and...

6 months revenue locked in.
Incredible clients I could go really deep with.
A format I actually enjoyed.

It felt too good to be true 😂

But that’s the standard I build from now. Because I refuse to accept anything less.
