From kickstarting the year with our anniversary celebrations to dancing the night away at our Christmas do, it certainly has been a year to remember.

Christmas celebrations have continued in full swing this week in the Prominent office with our annual Christmas buffet and Secret Santa!

There were lots of delicious homemade treats that the team brought in to share on Monday - most of it has disappeared now!

We were thrilled to help Bedfield CofE Primary School (part of the Diocese of St Edmundsbury and Ipswich MAT) gain widespread media coverage for their glowing Ofsted report – and it's fair to say both inspectors and the media fell in love with the school dog!

It is and this year's theme is 'mental health in the workplace'.

At Prominent we are so proud to work with Suffolk Mind and to have taken part in mental health training with its workplace education arm, The Mental Health Toolkit by Suffolk Mind.

This training has helped the team gain a clearer understanding of their mental health and provided them with tools to manage it and offer support to each other.
