Busiest day of the week and this one is not feeling herself (teething) and just keeps asking for ‘mummy cuggle’ ☹️😍 I do not know how you people are homeschooling and/or working full time. The mum guilt and boss guilt dial is turned up to full today. The distraction of mini cheddars allowed me to finish a zoom meeting and working this morning has come at the expense of my walls being coloured in (again) and my fancy Mulberry planner (that I bought to celebrate a biz milestone a few years ago!) is now decorated with biro 😩 Sometimes you just have to give in, sit down and catch up on work later - most people will be (and have been) so understanding 🥰 The work always gets done. Cx

Hello everyone 👋 Not posted in a little while, just been keeping my head down and mostly away from the news, getting work done, playing with Ruby, catching up with friends over FaceTime, tinkering around the house making the place look nice (mostly because you can’t help wanting to make home improvements when you have to look at the four walls this much eh? 🤣) and trying my hardest not to get too bummed out about missing my friends and family.

Ahh 2017 and travelling, when the unknown of what’s to come felt exciting and optimistic.

We’re getting photos printed for some new frames in the house and I’ve been looking through travelling photos. I’m craving freedom and adventure right now so the next best thing is a wall of happy memories of times that made us feel free and alive. This week I’m usually setting lofty goals ready for the new year. Instead I’ve updated my annual vision board but with far less attachment to the outcomes than previous years. I mean, I would like the wedding to go ahead next Christmas with 🤣😅 but things like a new car, expanding my business and travelling for our honeymoon can wait (if they have to!).

Next year will be what it will be and if it empowers you to set goals, quit something or do nothing at all - you do you boo 😘 But be kind to yourself and try to be flexible with your plans. If 2020 has taught us anything it’s that everything can change in a flash and nothing is guaranteed and in so many ways I think it is a lesson many of us needed - I know I did 💕✨

2021, we’re ready for ya 💪
