Offering a 3 bedroom static caravan that sleeps 8,double glazed and gas central heating and has a designated parking space just in front of the caravan for one car, situated on a quiet cul de sac near the new lake house at Haven's 5* Flagship Primrose Valley Holiday Park, Filey.

BEDROOM'S: all have sky signature / kids / sky cinema ( only three can work at same time eg / front room / 2 bedrooms )

Please also note that all Haven park rules must be adhered to whilst staying on site. This includes no single s*x parties or under 21's bookings. Please see the Haven website for further details.
BOOKING'S
A £50 deposit required to secure date plus a £100 security bond is required with the remaining balance to be paid in full or by instalments no later than 6 weeks prior to the holiday or payment in full .
*The £100 security bond will be refunded within 48hrs of departure following a satisfactory inspection of our Holiday Home!

Arrival: 12 ( our cleaner aimed to have caravan ready by 12 but this is not always possible )

ALL BED LINEN, WATER, GAS AND ELECTRICITY IS INCLUDED BUT ACTIVITY PASSES ARE NOT, BUT CAN BE PURCHASED FROM RECEPTION!!!
LOCAL AREA-
The site offers a regular Bus service into Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough. Filey is a 15-20 minute walk along the beach and approximately 5 minutes in the car. Bridlington is approximately 10 minutes drive in the car and Scarborough is approximately 10-15 minutes in the car.
Our prices our for hiring of caravan only and bed linen is included and beds will be made up for your arrival.Passes are NOT included in our rental cost (you are purchasing the hire of our caravan only) but can be purchased from haven if required although we find not everyone wants to purchase passes as there's lots to do in the surrounding areas.
